Intensives
Though we believe that weekly counseling is an important part of soul care and spiritual growth, we have found that sometimes intensives help in creating focused time and space to address specific needs that require specific and direct attention. We provide a retreat-like distraction-free intensive where we assess needs and provide biblical insight and soul care over a period of 5 days. Church Consulting
How healthy is your church or organization? What are strengths to capitalize on? Where are weaknesses in your culture’s health and care? We interview key leaders and send a survey to your base. Strategic meetings will result in a summary of our findings, and recommendations will take your culture to the next level of health and growth. We will help you develop a strategy and systems of care that are sustainable.
Biblical Care Training
We have many years of experience in churches of all sizes and excellent training resources in leading small groups, developing coaches and staff who oversee discipleship areas, or equipping counselors. We tailor our training to your needs. We typically travel to you with onsite training in a one or two-day format. Ongoing training is also available through video, conference calls, and written materials.
Leadership Coaching
We provide leadership coaching for crisis counseling, parenting issues, family functioning, and marital dynamics where they affect the family dynamic.
Counseling Centers
For established centers or those interested in starting a counseling center or ministry. I can help you think through all the aspects of running a successful counseling center such as vision, mission, staffing, finances, scheduling, marketing, legal issues, and building partnerships.
